Service Description:	Brings people together to develop programs and services for the community Functions as a comprehensive information and referral centre providing information on related government, community, health and social services Operates the 211 service for Northern Ontario Maintains a computerized database of human services Provides comprehensive information and referral over the telephone, via email or chat through the 211 service to assist persons in accessing appropriate programs and services
