Service Description:

To ensure that all people live in a state of dignity, sharing and participating in all elements of living in the community
Provides training and supports to enable individuals to secure paid employment and/or unpaid placement opportunities- Provides instruction on developing job skills, social skills and good work habits
- Offers information about industrial practices
- Provides job coaching at places of secured employment as required
- Provides employment through various community contracts such as yardwork and snow removal
- Provides training in various printing related areas such as shredding, folding, photocopying and laminating through Good Impressions Printing, located in the building
- Tailors ongoing training and supports to meet the needs and capabilities of each individual
