Service Description:	Governed by an elected council of 13 members: the Mayor, 5 Councillors-at-Large and 7 Ward Councillors, municipal elections are held every 4 years Functions as the designated ambulance delivery agent for the district of Thunder Bay EMS District Operations oversees stations in: Armstrong Kakabeka Geraldton Longlac Manitouwadge Marathon Nakina Nipigon Red Rock Schreiber Shuniah Terrace Bay Upsala EMS City Operations are in charge of the City of Thunder Bay Note: Requests for non-emergency transportation by ambulance can only be booked by dialing 9-1-1
