Provides affordable door to door transportation for seniors to help them with various activities such as attending cancer treatments, dialysis, medical appointments, social outing, etc

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals 60 years and older
- Prospective clients must not be able to access public transportation services (too far to walk/bus, stairs too difficult)
- Must not be able to drive themselves
- Must not live in a long-term care facility
- Must be able to get in and out of a vehicle independently
