Service Description:	Promotes living beyond mental illness and addiction through the provision of individualized, recovery-oriented, community-based services that are developed in partnership with consumers Assists Aboriginal adults with a mental illness and/or a concurrent disorder to live successfully in the community Provides services tailored to an individuals need Provides goal-oriented, culturally competent rehabilitation services

Eligibility / Target Population:	Aboriginal adults 16 years of age and older diagnosed with a mental illness and/or a concurrent disorder
