Ontario Photo Card
  • Government-issued photo identification for Ontario residents age 16 and over who do not hold a driver's license
  • Can be used to open a bank account, obtain a credit card and board a domestic flight
  • Cannot be used to cross the US border or fly internationally
  • Residents cannot hold a driver's license and an Ontario Photo Card simultaneously

    • Fishing licences (multi-day, single day, Canadian, non-resident)

    Note:
    Health card services are also available by appointment and can be booked online
