- Motor vehicle accidents
- Long term disability
- Functional testing
- Employee work preparation program
- WSIB treatments

- A doctor's referral is not required, however, it may be required by an individual's extended health care plan, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), or an auto insurance company
- An initial assessment with a physiotherapist is required
