An organization that functions as a respiratory therapy clinic that specializes in pulmonary lung function testing, blood pressure monitoring, and various sleep studies.
Community-based sleep clinic
- Offers cardio-pulmonary services such as exercise stress testing, loop event recorders, holter monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, and pulmonary lung function testing
- Provides diagnostic and treatment services for sleep disorders in adults
- Offers the services of an on-site Community Respirologist (by referral only)

Application:

- Must be referred by a family physician, a specialist, or a doctor at a walk in clinic
- Nurse Practitioners may refer individuals for a spirometry or non-urgent ECG only

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People with sleep disorders, or who have trouble staying awake during the day
- Sleep patients must be at least 16 years old
- No minimum age on other services provided
