Service Description: Operates as a community health centre focused on community and family health with access to primary health care and a variety of community health services

Health centre focused on family and community health
  • Offers access to primary care through a multidisciplinary team of Family Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Health Promoter, Social Worker, Physiotherapist, Aboriginal Support Worker and Foot Care
  • Administers a food bank and thrift store
Offers primary health care including but not limited to:
  • Disease and illness cure, management and prevention
  • Education and outreach
  • Health promotion
  • Wellness activities
