Service Description:	Manages the daily operations of the town of Emo and oversees the daily operations of the following departments: Administration Finance Department Fire Department Landfill and Recycling Management Planning and Building Public Works Town Council Manages all corporate records and policies and procedures Maintains and prepares the agendas, by laws and minutes for all meetings including council, committees and public sessions Issues death registrations and submits to Thunder Bay Office of the Registrar General for processing Issues permits for special events
