Ontario Photo Card
  • Government-issued photo identification for Ontario residents age 16 and over who do not hold a driver's license
  • Can be used to open a bank account, obtain a credit card and board a domestic flight
  • Cannot be used to cross the US border or fly internationally
  • Residents cannot hold a driver's license and an Ontario Photo Card simultaneously

    • Motorized Snow Vehicle Permits
    • Off-Road Vehicle Permits
    • Vehicle Permits and Plates
    • Used Vehicle Information Packages

    Health
    • Health card renewal and replacement
    • Name and address change on health card
    • Organ and tissue donor registration

    Ontario Photo Card
    • New Ontario Photo Card registration
    • Ontario Photo Card renewal and replacement
    • Name and address change on Ontario Photo Card

    Application: Accessible Parking Permit

    • Application must be signed by a physician and returned to this location

    • Upon receipt, you will be given a 2-month temporary permit
